We will meet at the Helmcken Park and Ride. There is some construction in the area so if there is not enough room to park you can leave your car at Helmcken Centennial Park 100 m down the road. We will follow the Galloping Goose trail towards Langford and walk to the top of Mill Hill with some excellent views of Esquimalt Harbour. After 11 km we will stop to enjoy coffee and snacks at The Nest Cafe. Then continue on to complete the final 1.5 km back to the parking lot.
