Join us for a stroll through Broadmead. The walk will provide a cardio workout while giving everyone a chance to enjoy the trails and natural environment on quiet streets and the Lochside Trail.
There is ample parking at the Rec Centre and Emily Carr Drive is serviced by Bus #6A. In addition #6 and #6B will also bring you within a block or two of the meeting point.
