Sidney Sparkles Holiday Parade Walk

Let’s enjoy the festive season with a stroll along the ocean in Sidney before heading to view the many floats, bands, and more, featured in Sidney’s annual holiday parade.

We will meet at Iroquois Park and begin walking along the ocean before arriving in neighborhoods with festive decorations. We will walk back downtown and join the parade crowd!!! The parade begins at 5 pm and it’s usually jam-packed with folks and yes, a traffic jam occurs after the parade ends around 6:15 pm.

Please carpool, take the bus or perhaps, enjoy supper at one of our Sidney restaurants after the parade. Bundle up; it may be cold!
