Happy Halloween! Even adults enjoy a little treat on Halloween. Since there is no coffee shop at the lake, everyone is encouraged to bring a thermos of coffee, tea, or their favorite beverage, along with a Halloween treat to enjoy.
After our walk, we will gather by the shores of Beaver Lake for a visit and refreshments. You may wish to bring a chair. If it rains, we will move to the nearby picnic shelter.
For those who have not walked the Elk/Beaver Lake route before, it is a flat 10 km walk with beautiful views of the lake. There are several washrooms located around the route.
