An Ode to Ice Cream Walk

Summer and ice cream are the perfect pairing, and this walk celebrates both. We’ll set out at 10am —early enough to enjoy the cooler morning air and timed so that the ice cream shops are open when we arrive. Along the route, we’ll visit three local favourites: Parachute Ice Cream near the Oak Bay Marina, Cold Comfort in Estevan Village, and finally Beacon Hill Drive‑In.
If ice cream isn’t your thing, no worries—there are cafés and bakeries near the first two stops where you can treat yourself instead. A long walk, good company, and delicious local treats make this a wonderful way to enjoy the summer season.
