Walking in Europe: Camino Norte (Spain) & France

Camino Norte (Spain): This is the most northern Camino Route that can start in France and parallels the coast before heading inland to Santiago. Highlights of the route include San Sebastián, Bilbao, Santander and Santiago. The isolated stretches along the North Coast of Spain are visually stunning. It is the road less travelled but an amazing walk of up to 890 km.

Walking in France: France has very extensive walking trails throughout the entire country. The GR routes are usually well marked and there are a number of smaller private accommodations available. This session will discuss some of the more popular routes, the services and accommodations available and provide you an idea of what you could encounter in terms of topography and sites.
