After having coffee the meditation group will walk down Lagoon Road to the ocean and return to the bridge. \nOption 2:\nThere is also an option to follow the map independently\, including an extended portion of the walk. This group will walk faster and after coffee can continue along Metchosin Road to Royal Bay and enjoy a beach walk back to Esquimalt Lagoon and the bridge. \nWalk Statistics:\nTotal Distance: 9 km or 11 km\nEstimated Finish Time: 2.5 – 3  hours\nElevation Change: 260 m\nDifficulty: Easy/Medium\nSurface: Pavement and Trails
