DESCRIPTION:Via Francigena stretches more than 2\,200 kilometers\, a pilgrim’s thread running from Canterbury’s ancient stones to the eterna city of Rome. Our speaker Dennis Tam\, walked the Italian heart of this storied path – 550 kilometers from the rugged beauty of the Cinque Terre to the rolling hills of Tuscany and onward to Rome’s welcoming gates. \nAlong his journey\, he wandered through landscapes that stole his breath\, stepped into the deep well of Italy’s history\, and savored the food and wine that give each region its soul. With every mile\, he discovered for himself the true meaning of la dolce vita – the sweet\, unhurried life that Italy offers to those who travel it on foot. \nDoors Open at 6:00 pm.
