DESCRIPTION:When: Saturday\, August 5\nTime: 8:45 AM meeting time\nLength: 11.5 Km\nLocation: Hardy Park \nThis walk will start from Hardy Park in Brentwood Bay. We will walk to the mossy and green Gore Park\, then onward to Oak Haven Park where one can see Saltspring Island. We will continue to walk to the lush and green Gowland Todd Provincial Park\, where there is a washroom facility. We will make our way to Verdier Park in Brentwood Bay. A quaint little general store there is where one can get snacks and ice cream. A washroom facility is also available there. After the break\, we will make our way back to the starting point.A lunch at Sea Horse cafe is optional.

DESCRIPTION:When: Saturday\, Aug. 12\nMetting Time: 8:45 AM 9 AM departure\nLength: 19 Km\nLocation: Cadboro Gryro Park washroom \nMeet at Cadboro Gyro Park by the washroom. This route will take one along the beautiful coastline of Oak Bay/Saanich\, walking through the pristine neighbourhoods of Uplands\, Estevan Village\, Gonzales and Fairfield. A washroom and coffee break will be available at the Oak Bay Marina café. Mid point break or lunch break will be at Gonzales Café in the Fairfield Village Shopping Centre. \nWe will go back to Gyro Park through neighbourhood paths\, then through the middle of Uplands and end with a walk through Mystic Vale.

DESCRIPTION:Peak to Peak Walk\nAug. 26\, 8:45 AM\nMeeting Pointing: Hillside Mall parking lot\, north east corner\, close to North Dairy and Browning St. \nMeeting point will be the north east corner of Hillside Shopping Centre’s parking lot\, close to North Dairy Road and Browning St. corner. From there\, we will make our way to Mt. Tolmie Park\, continue cross the U Vic campus\, onward along on Arbutus and Ash Road then walk up to Mt. Douglas. Here is another breath-taking viewpoint of the city\, Sannich peninsular and the west shore area. We will walk back to Hillside mall via Ceder Hill Road and Shelborne. There are plenty of cafes along the for break and washroom facilities.
